Duties: The Sapristi Guild is comprised of many young professionals in the greater Seattle area. This inspired and active guild raises money for Children's Hospital & Regional Medical Center at their annual benefit symphony each November. The Sapristi Guild is seeking volunteer candidates to provide leadership for its Marketing and Sponsorship groups as well as a Web Designer for the new and existing websites. Organization: Seattle Paint Out | www.seattlepaintout.org
Duties: YPOGS has participated in the past and had a great time. The event consists of painting over graffiti city wide and improving the overall appearance of this great city. There is a post event celebration graciously donated by Outback Steak House on south Lake Union – the partners for the past four years! Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is also partnering with Seattle Paint Out again as well Starbucks – to name a few! They are in the process of updating the website (http:www.seattlepaintout.org) which will have dates, times, and locations.

Date: Ongoing opportunities. If you would like to organize your own event or volunteer on your own, UGM can alway use volunteers for the late Saturday lunches or dinners and midweek meals.

Duties: Volunteers are essential to raising awareness about organ donation in our community that's why LifeCenter has established a volunteer program geared to meeting the needs of donor families, transplant recipients and our community. Project Life provides training to individuals interested in volunteering to raise awareness about organ donation. Volunteer opportunities include community fairs, speaking engagements, events and LifeCenter office activities.

Duties: CHOICES is an interactive, decision-making workshop that empowers teens to achieve academic success in pursuit of their career and life aspirations. In two 50-minute sessions, business volunteers engage students in exercises on academic self-discipline, time and money management and goal setting. Students get it. Communities want it. CHOICES keeps teens in(to) school! CHOICES is currently delivered in 200 sites in 40 states, and serves 200,000 students per year.
